What is the freshest, most nutritious and most colourful drink for your child?
A dragon fruit smoothie!

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 4 whole fresh or frozen red dragon fruits
  • ½ fresh pineapple
  • 50 g Blenuten ® vanilla flavour
  • 230 ml young coconut water
  • 12 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Serve this colourful smoothie in a clear glass for maximum effect.
  • Recommended: add small pieces of fresh fruit to add texture to the smoothie.

Serving recommendations
