This recipe is so easy that even your child could make it. The combination of Greek yoghurt and vanilla-flavoured Vitafos® gives your child a cool dessert with just the right amount of proteins and nutrients they need.
Ingredients for two servings
- 4 scoops of vanilla-flavoured Vitafos® (56 g)
- 100 millilitres of whipping Cream, 35% fat
- 2 Greek yoghurts (250 g)
Preparation
- Whip the cream.
- Mix the whipped cream with the sweetened Greek yoghurts and the 4 scoops of vanilla-flavoured Vitafos®.
- Leave in the freezer for at least an hour and a half.

Gastronomic observation
The original idea is to replace, if you wish, a Greek yoghurt with a vanilla-flavoured one. That said, there are plenty more combinations possible with this recipe, provided that at least one of the two yoghurts is Greek.
